#GivingTuesday is a thing! Take a second to read this. . .

We just had Black Friday, Small Business Saturday and Cyber Monday. But did you know today is #GivingTuesday? I didn't know it was a thing until last night. I loved it from the moment I saw Give. So much of this season we spend, spend, spend just to add more, more, more to what we already have. All the while, so many people are in need.

This is the second year of #Giving Tuesday, you can read more about it here. It is now a day designated for our nation to give! I've seen (just last night and today) so many individuals, families and non-profits participating in this as well as huge businesses across the US. Maybe we are all eager to help others for different reasons, but isn't it wonderful to see a movement that is just about helping others? So many charities are being helped and supported through this day!

Want to help? Just find a charity you support or believe in and give. Just take a couple of minutes tonight and jump online. Our family will be perusing Compassion gift catalogs and Samaritan's Purse catalogs to see how we can help others in need. Maybe you've heard of Amazima Ministries or Heifer International? Maybe you've heard of Reese's Rainbow? Think of non-profits and charities for a few minutes, and my guess is something or someone will come to mind. Sometimes it just takes a little nudge. A little encouragement.

And, today I just found out about Cultivate Wines, which is participating in #CultivateGives.
