It's been a while since I've shared a recipe. I think this is the easiest recipe I have and it's yummy too. I don't know about you, but when it comes to grilling, my husband takes over. I don't even know how to turn our grill on (though I've been shown before). Anyway, I think this recipe is great for when Chad comes home just in time for dinner and wouldn't have time to grill.
BBQ baked (instead of grilled) chicken
3-4 thawed chicken breasts
1 bottle of BBQ sauce
1 gallon size ziplock bag
Put the chicken breasts in the bag, pour the bottle of sauce in and marinate in the fridge for a couple of hours. Then, pour the chicken and sauce into a baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Voila!
I make oven sliced potatoes with it. Those are easy too. Just slice a baking potato and put them on a greased cookie sheet. I sprinkle Lawry's seasoning salt and then some pepper on them and bake them at the same time as the chicken---for 40-45 minutes at 350 degrees. YUM!
**Additionally, Luke likes both of these!!! What could be better?
