smile

This sweet baby is half a year old! As in 6 months. . .amazing!!

I've hinted in the past month that baby Way is beginning to smile here and there. And it was true, but it was here and there and not so much in response to us. Well, an answer to prayer from the Lord, he's really starting to smile now, at us, and laugh too! Just this morning, I wish you could have heard Lukey's excitement when baby Way laughed at him! "Baby Way just laughed!! That's the first time I've heard him! Baby Way laughed again!" Ohhh, it warmed my heart--the joy Luke showed from hearing a laugh! It's been hard for me to be patient for his smiles. I've worried, I'll admit it. To me, the long awaited smile, that has come by 2 months with our others, is soooo long to wait. But Baby Way, he made me wait even longer. And if possible, waiting these 6 months for his precious smile, makes it all the more worth it!!

We love your smile, Baby Way! We love you!!!

Sweetest smile ever! My kids were so thrilled when Janey started interacting with them too-getting that feedback is thrilling and fun.

He looks like a VERY huggable, snugglable baby. And he looks so so much like all the others! I know you will all start to see lots more of those smiles. That little man has a lot to smile about!

Well I'm one excited Momma this morning. I was googling potty training charts, came across the one that you did for Charlie so I decided to visit your page... (love the potty express chart by the way).... and low and behold I come across a blog with this super awesome mom and family...AND see that you support IDSF....I was like, hmmmm.... read your bio to find out you have a cutie who happens to have that rockin' 21st chromosome. I have two boys. The oldest will be six in May and has that awesome chromosome too. My youngest will be three in June. I love having two boys... I see that you have four. Wow! You only have your hands full because you have all boys. ;) Your little guy is going to amaze you. Don't fret about the waiting for the milestones to happen. I have said time and time again six years into this that I should be careful what I wish for. I know I couldn't wait for C to talk... and now he is non-stop! Much to my wanting him to talk- now I want him to stop talking so much!!! I'm sure you know how that goes. "Mommy, why?" Why not... Why not!!!

Enjoy your adorable little boys. I am going to bookmark you to check in on how things are going AND to see all the cool things you have going on.

Cheers!

Lisa
