our little bruiser

Sweet Charlie,
We hear all the time that the second child will do anything to get attention. But, did you really have to throw yourself into your bedside table to get a black eye, which in turn has ellicited many "oohhs and aahhs" from people? We definitely prefer your adorable laugh, the way you can get people to play peek-a-boo with you for hours, your melt-our-heart-hugs and many other endearing qualities to your temper-tantrums. Can we work on cutting those out? Ya think? Maybe? Pleeeease?
Great thanks!
Love, Mommy and Daddy

Dear Charlie,

If you do learn how to stop those temper-tantrums, will you please come over and teach Caroline (age 3) how to control her emotions as well? Many thanks.

Desperate,
Daddy Chris

PS - Your shiner looks awesome!

What's the deal? Bennett is going through the same thing. He's otherwise the sweetest little guy, but if he doesn't get his OCD way (example: the right utencil with his meal) it is meltdown central here... At least we have the older ones to remind us that they WILL grow out of it!
